CALL FOR BIDS
The City of Billings, an Equal Opportunity Employer, requests bids for Concessionaires to operate up to five (5) Car Rental Concessions in the Airport Terminal Building.
All bids must be submitted to the City Clerk, 210 North 27th Street, Billings, Montana 59101 no later than 2:00 p.m., Mountain Standard Time, August 24, 2010. The City encourages bids by qualified DBE/WBE businesses. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bids that best serve the interest of the City.
