1.
What if I miss my court date?
You can still do 1 of 2 things:
You can come to the window and pay your fine in full without appearing in front of the Judge. (OR) You can appear on a different open-court session. Open-court is held 3 weeks a month on every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00 am.
2.
What if I don't appear at my hearing or pay my fine?
A warrant will be issued for your arrest.
3.
Can I always just pay the fine no matter what the charge?
No, there are certain charges you must appear for. Most minor traffic tickets are able to be paid for at the window rather than appearing in front of the Judge.
